- Coordinated engineering partners and managed condition assessments and testing
- Reviewed contractor invoicing and managed project closeout, including public agency approvals
- Directed procurement and installation of furnishings across 350+ workstations, offices, conference, training, and common areas
- Oversaw full relocation to the new facility
